  • Entry to the back car park is via Batman Street, with gate code 1516.
  • Once full, street parking is available nearby. Please check signage carefully – some streets have no parking zones between 9:00-11:00am.

Check-in

  • Opens at 8:15am.
  • Collect your name badge at the check-in desk outside the Carlton Room.
  • Have your QR code tickets ready for scanning (forum tickets and, if applicable, networking drinks tickets).
  • If you can’t find your tickets, search your inbox for messages from order@humanitix.com.
  • Networking drinks entry tickets will be issued at morning check-in.

Logistics

  • This is a sold-out event. If you need help finding a seat, please speak with a staff member.
  • Wifi details will be provided on the day at your table and in the event slides.

Catering

  • Lunch and refreshment breaks will be provided.
  • If you registered late, please note that the venue may not have been able to accommodate specific dietary requests.

  • Check-in for the networking drinks will take place during the morning forum check-in. You will receive an entry ticket for the networking event at that time.

  • A complimentary drink will be provided on arrival and canapes will be served.
  • Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
